We are happy to present ‘Celebrating Archaeology in Scotland 2023’, a showcase of exciting work from across the country and an update on the delivery of Scotland’s Archaeology Strategy. 2023 marks the sixth issue as well as the launch of Our Past, Our Future (OPOF), the new strategy for Scotland’s historic environment. Featuring a range of work taking place across the country, the magazine themes follow the main priorities of OPOF: delivering the transition to net zero, empowering resilient and inclusive communities, and building a wellbeing economy.
